Empowerment Coach
As a school counselor, my mission is to support and inspire each student to thrive, in school and in life! I am passionate about helping all students in their academic, college/career, and social/emotional development. I have worked in education for over 10 years in various capacities, at elementary, middle and high schools. I have obtained a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from University of California, San Diego and a master’s degree in school counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University. As a school counselor and as a parent of two teenagers, I understand the challenges and adversities our students face in today’s society. Despite these challenges and adversities, I believe all students can thrive to be the best version of themselves with a little empowerment, confidence, and motivation.
